The first visit was wonderful the owner was nice the place was clean now I’m here the second time and she got me waiting in 96 degree weather the shop is locked but they don’t close til 7pm and I’ve been waiting 23mins she told me be here at 3:00pm I made it at 2:55 and no sign of her not good business.. The hair braiding experience was enjoyable. I could watch interesting movies on t.v to elevate some of the pain, and they tried to make sure my head does not feel much pain from the braiding. The braids also look good. It’s just that they kept being so involved in their conversation that it delayed my hair being done quicker.

I typically do not write reviews but my goodness this place is a hot mess. First of all I like the fact they are flexible with time but My hair was braided poorly i have hair connected to other braids in various sections of my head not only that I have awful sores in my head from the two that braided my hair to where I couldn’t even go to sleep aspirin has not worked and its been less than a week since I got my hair done. Im really thinking of contacting a lawyer because I feel that they were digging their nails into my scalp purposely. I also have uneven high lights in my hair. and I have hair sticking out of each braid as well as some braids are fat and some are really thin. If you want quality do not go here and let them mess your hair up it hurts to touch my head because of the sores. Also they lied and told me one price and it was another dont waste your time or hard earned money here

These people braids your hair the way they want to ,,,not what you ask them to do also while you’re sitting there they do not talk to you at all they communicate between each other as if you weren’t there very rude I will never go back!!!
