Okay. Truthfully and honestly- don’t go here. Especially if you’re looking for a specific look. The money you save on this cheap cut is not worth being unhappy with a bad cut. Just go to a real salon. The staff here just doesn’t listen to what you want.

I’ve seen posts of people complaining about not getting some crazy vision of a haircut done the exact way they wanted from a photo for their child or themselves. This place rocks for a decent cut for men and boys, and for maintenance on a woman’s hairstyle. This isn’t the place you go for prom updos and crazy woman hair visions. I went in to get my hair cut and I asked for shoulder length and layers the lady just did whatever she wanted! I asked for bangs and she said she couldn’t do bangs because of look bald.. I told her i have to put my hair up a lot because my daughter pulls on it she cut it so short I can’t put it up now. I am so dissatisfied i will never go back! My hair is very uneven and my bangs are chopped and she cut my small hairs that were growing in so now I have a bald spot! It was nothing that I asked for and my hair is literally butchered! My summer of going to Disneyland and my daughter’s 1st birthday will forever be ruined I do not want any pictures of me with this hair! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! The lady was also very rude to me and my niece! Again DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!
