Critical: QualityI am not one to complain about experiences in nail salons. My pedicure was just fine, however, the woman encouraged me to get the gel manicure. My manicure came out unprofessional and as if a toddler had done my nails. I am super disappointed and can’t believe I paid for this manicure. Any professional nail technician should be able to provide a quality manicure. Just want to share my experience to encourage improvement. I am not one to complain about experiences in nail salons. My pedicure was just fine, however, the woman encouraged me to get the gel manicure. My manicure came out unprofessional and as if a toddler had done my nails. I am super disappointed and can’t believe I paid for this manicure. Any professional nail technician should be able to provide a quality manicure. Just want to share my experience to encourage improvement. Thank you.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThis is second time back to Affinity nails , it won’t be my last. The place is clean the technicians dress in uniform just like the high end city shops . This immediately gives the impression of professional . It is quiet without constance chatter between employees. Everything was sterilized and gloves and masks never came off. James was my technician my nails came out great.. Ill be requesting him going forward. I workout alot so I did the $65 pedicure for the callus removal, hot leg wraps and the 20 min massage and it felt great. This is second time back to Affinity nails , it won’t be my last. The place is clean the technicians dress in uniform just like the high end city shops . This immediately gives the impression of professional . It is quiet without constance chatter between employees. Everything was sterilized and gloves and masks never came off. My daughter’s cuticles are bleeding and each nail is a different shape. My wife got her feet done and they look horrid. They are very unprofessional and not sanitary.Services: Pedicure, Manicure
