I called one week ago today to get an appointment with Dan. I was told the specifics and details of being a new client,etc. I have waited for a return call,nothing.i decided to call and inquire about my phone message. The receptionist was dumbfounded, the message was still on the receptionist desk,hmm. She put me on hold,as she knew she made a mistake or someone did by not getting back with me after a week.
