My daughter and I came in for a deluxe pedicure with Liz, massages with Carmen and facials with Deanna. All three of them are amazing!! I have been coming to the spa for several years and love it.The new shampoo chairs are excellent. I am older and it was difficult for me to stand up from the old chairs. The new ones make it easy to stand. Also the padded sinks are much more comfortable. The remodle is wonderful.

Such a beautiful salon!! I got my nails done here for my wedding and it was perfect. The salon is clean, the staff is friendly and professional, and the prices were just right. My nails were beautiful for my big day! I highly recommend this salon!

Have had nothing but trouble with this place. Had a appointment for weeks for my daughter to get a hair cut and highlights done for her 13th birthday and they called me about an hour before her appointment and canceled it on her. They made no attempt to set something else up other then to reschedule and were very rude on the phone. I would not even trust this place with my dog at this point.

Upon my arrival I was told that we would have to skip the locker room since there was plumbing problems, I’m a new customer I had no idea about the locker rooms to begin with but thought that was odd to mention. Was taken to a room with my masseus, about a half n hour into It hear that they put someone else into the room next to me, I start thinking to myself what kind of walls are theses I can hear every word, and sound over there even when they asked is the pressure good which upset me cause that is not relaxing at all, just laying there thinking about how I can hear everything, I had my eyes open and thought wow the floors are pretty dirty why wouldnt they put a rug down or something, then my masseuse apologized for the weirdest non relaxing music every song was literally so different I even mentioned I feel like I’m listening to a sample pack of music it went from tribal to paino to even some weird whale horror sounds and so on and so fourth.. the masseuse was good but due to the aesthetic I couldn’t relax which made it not enjoyable.

I saw Sarah for a hair color ♀️and am very happy with the results. Sarah specializes in blonde hair ♀️, Brazilian blow outs and extensions however, she took my hair from a platinum blonde ♀️ to a lighter brunette ✂️ . In a short period of time she has made my unhealthy hair healthy again! My only complaint and it is very small is that the front desk did not call me when a product I ordered was in at the salon. That was easily rectified when I bought it when I arrived.

Scheduling was super easy and they had great availability that worked with my schedule. I got a massage by Chad and he did a wonderful job! He was professional and very nice. Liz did my mani/Pedi and she was wonderful as well! Everything in the facility was very nice and clean (even considering they are under construction). I will definitely be back and will refer my friends!

I had a consultation, shown a photo of how I would like my hair, but a little longer. We argreed to a price and time to have my hair cut, and permed like the photo. So far I like the perm, still in the waiting72 hour period before I can get it washed as directed. Hopefully it will hold up after a good washing. The cut is nothing like the photo. She cut my hair straight across before perming. After perm, she cut a few curls. Not even shaping or bang trimmed. And a few drops of product. A quick blow with the hairdryer. And spun me around to look at the back. Time was 2 hours in and done asked how I was paying cash or credit. Paid with gift card and the remaining cash. And was sent on my way. Husband disappointed on price of a Solon price($200 ($100 gift card, $100 cash) and it’s not even what was like the photo. But stylist was nice and kind. But it is heartbreaking.

Very disappointed in this place. My daughter and I received gift certificates from this spa and were planning a spa day. We scheduled appointments a week prior. My daughter drove over an hour to be there and on our way there the receptionist called to cancel her appointment because they had a customer that was taking longer than expected. When we told them that we would need to cancel both of our appointments because we were coming together, they didn’t even care. Very rude and poor customer service. Would not recommend based on the interactions so far.
