Bad experience. I came in for consultation during their promotion of 50% and scheduled for the procedure, never was told to schedule by a certain date or to buy on gift card already for the service. Then I had called in again and asked if I can reschedule the appointment and was told I could and never was mentioned to schedule by certain date to qualify for the promotion. I went in to finally do my procedure and I was told I no longer could use that promotion because they currently have another promotion going on which still increased my cost by $500 more. I said that doesn’t apply to me because I came in and reserved under previous promotion and no one ever mentioned to me to book by certain date or buy gift card. I spoke with Manager she didn’t help and just said it was all over social media, I told her and showed her I don’t even follow their social media , and said I should have received text messages and I proved to her no messages were ever sent to me, I then asked can she talk with the owner , she then made a call and came back with owner said there’s nothing they’ll do and can only do the current promotion even after all that. No one tried to work anything out with me even after proving I had no knowledge of what I would have been facing. I did everything I was suppose to and feel terrible how I was not considered at all as a future customer even after offering to pay little more than what I had agreed to. Do not trust anything they say.

I called to make an appointment with my usual injector Alysha and was assured that I was booked until a couple of days before my appointment date I found out that Alysha is no longer with this practice and they are booking people and not telling them that she is no longer there. It is ridiculous because they are also trying to keep money from people that pre-purchased syringes to de serviced by their usual injector. Alysha’s IG is The_Lip_beauty don’t fall for these scammers telling you they are booking you with her.

Nurse Jordan was very informative and educated me on what would be best to reach my lip goals. We had decided it would be best for me to do a lip flip, followed by 1/2 a syringe of filler. Jordan made me feel comfortable and gave me the exact results I was looking for! Will definitely be back to see her again 🙂

I had alysha she was amazing! This was my first time ever doing anything like this and she was so thoughtful and honest about my lips and how I would feel . I can’t wait to see how they look in two weeks !! The experience wasn’t that bad and she talked me threw it all which made me feel so much more comfortable. What I love most is that she’s there for u after the fact with any questions or concerns because she actually cares about her clients ! I’m truly blessed that my first experience was here and with you !!!

Terrible front office and customer service. I found their injector Jordan on Instagram and reached out since she had a lot of information on dissolving and refilling after migration. I sent my deposit via Venmo, which should have been the first red flag. Day of my appointment I am running behind since the valet at the building was short staffed and I couldn’t get my car retrieved. I reached out to the office and informed her I would be 20 minutes late according to the gps and their secretary said sure see you then. I then drive 1.5 hours there; while walking up to the office I get a missed call and call back twice. When I walk in the secretary says since I am 25 minutes late they will not be able to take me. Had she told me this when I called initially I would have just rescheduled then since weekend traffic can change and that would leave me with no wiggle room. Instead after my 1.5 hour drive she tells me this, she also refuses to give me my deposit back. When I then asked to speak with the injector she also refused to return my deposit. When I again reiterated my frustration is not with the rescheduling but with the poor communication in the secretary not informing me that any later would result in a need to reschedule the secretary attempted to “not remember” if she told me or not. My complaint is not the need for rescheduling as I realize there are other clients, but when I called as soon as I got in my car to explain my time situation no one informed me this would be the case. 3 hours wasted round trip and out my deposit. Went 10 minutes down the street and was able to get a walk in appointment at the Lip Bunny Beauty and could not be happier. I would avoid this office, very shady having everything through Venmo.

My whole experience at Aesthetica was great. The lady at the front desk was very nice and got my friend and I set up to be seen by mike for our lips. Once we signed some stuff for her she put us into a room and Mike came in made sure to go over all the details of our procedure and made everything very easy to understand. My lips came out amazing! I will definitely being go back. Worth the drive from Boston.
