I had appointment scheduled at 12:30 Arrive at 12:44 Was given paperwork to fill out and sat in lobby until 1:05 and was told I couldn’t be seem because I wasn’t there at 12:30 I felt this was rude and very unprofessional to have customer sit and wait over 15 minutes and told they couldn’t be seen I felt this should have been told when I arrive Also it should be told to customers at time of making appointments there is no late grace minutes
