I love this place. Everyone from the receptionist to the Clinical team in the back is so kind and informative! They know what they are doing and do it well! Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI absolutely love this place! I went here to get a lip flip (my 1st procedure ever), I was a bit nervous but the ladies were so nice and friendly. They answered all of my questions and the lip flip itself was so quick and easy! She also made sure to tell me what was going to happen and I really appreciate that! I absolutely love this place! I went here to get a lip flip (my 1st procedure ever), I was a bit nervous but the ladies were so nice and friendly. They answered all of my questions and the lip flip itself was so quick and easy! She also made sure to tell me what was going to happen and I really appreciate that! They patiently explain the services that they offer, the differences of each service, and pricing. They also make great recommendations on what product(s) would be best, based on my individual ‘flaws’ and skin type. I’ve been to similar establishments and felt anxious and nervous (I’m a bit of a worrier). At Aesthetic, everyone is so warm. I’m kind of a hard client to schedule due to my work hours, but they always find a way to get me taken care of when I need it. The option to text for appointments is so helpful. I almost forgot to mention how gorgeous the entire space is. From the moment you walk through the door, you can just tell it is the place for all the pampering. Ponca City is lucky to have this Jewel. Oh yeah, don’t forget to ask about their VIP memberships. Positive: ProfessionalismI’m a child of the 70’s. I baked my skin in the sun through the 80’s and moved on up to a tanning bed in the 90’s. Shannon and Sydney made me feel very comfortable during my first visit. They explained everything before the did it. And reducing any level of discomfort was just as important to them as it was to me! I had Botox pleaded in the lines between my eyebrows, the 11’s. It worked great! No bruising.
