My appointment was at 10:30 a.m. on saturday. I called at 9:00 a.m. an asked if they had anything later around 11:30 or 12. The answer was no. I arrived at 10:25 only to sit all alone in lobby for 15 minutes an finally a woman came out of a room but just ignored me. In the meantime two other customers arrived. Finally at 10:45 a girl greeted me an said we will b with you shortly. At 10:55 she took a customer in the room an said lets get u numbed ip. Based on that statement i knew she was next even though i was there b4 her. At 11:05 i was not advised of what was happenening or when i wld b seen. So i left. Very rude behavior. 45 minutes to sit an wait for anyone is bad customer service. Will not b back. I clda showed up at 11:30 or 12 an wlda been right on time.
