I bought laser hair removal services and Sydney has been awesome with the two sessions I’ve had so far. She made sure to be meticulous with each treatment to ensure she got all of the area covered. She’s great! I haven’t noticed a huge difference yet, but I was educated that the third session will make the biggest difference. Will update once it’s finished!

Beware of Romeo the massage therapist. He does not ask for your input on the massage giving excessive force to the point of causing bruises. He will not lessen the pressure despite wincing and saying it hurts. When I did this his response was “I know”. As he was pressing his finger with intense pressure to my neck HE SOFTLY INTERLACED HIS FINGERS IN MY FINGERS TO HOLD MY HAND. HE DID THIS ON BOTH SIDES IN A WEIRD SENSUAL WAY WHICH MADE ME FEEL INCREDIBLY THREATENED AND I STARTED CRYING. In addition to this as I was laying prone and he put his hands around my neck occluding my arteries which gave me intense head pressure. He cracked my joints in my neck, thoracic and lumbar spine, and hips without consent or warning which was terrifying. As a physical therapist I know that you need to ask for consent before providing these treatments and also I do not think massage therapists are licensed to manipulate joints. While laying prone when he pressed my neck into the table there is a hard protrusion that pressed into my lips and was very painful. He ended the session by telling me I need to pray to God to be happy which was completely unprofessional. I would pay money to avoid this traumatic experience please if you are a woman avoid this place with a ten foot pole.

I saw Jan she is very kind and knowledgeable. I would recommend her. This was a 30mile drive for me, but worth it. I’m going back in a few weeks for an aggressive peel to correct some age spots and form up my neck.

I am so very happy I found this place ! I was extremely nervous for my first appointment. Christine made me feel so comfortable and welcome. She went over every detail of the procedure, results, expectations, precare and postcare. I felt like a guest not a customer. Even the waiting room has a very inviting feel! Thanks Christine and staff! Everything was very “Bueno”

i really wanna give 0 stars. they are scammers. i bought groupon for 1 syringe restylane for lip filler and in the check in they took or redeemed my voucher. but after i met doctor anna, she told me i have to pay more $200 for restylane special for the lips. i refused to pay it. and i came back to the receptionist about that. but they redeemed my voucher already without i use their facility. i even tried reached the groupon team. the groupon says need take one week to fight out the problem. merchant and groupon is scammers. be careful with them. now i am waiting my money back. wish i will get my money back. i paid $375 without getting anything.

I had a terrible experience at this place. I called about a Groupon rate and scheduled but did not purchase til I got my evaluation. So I purchased after. The front woman gave me attitude because they wanted me to pay directly not through the app. Groupon had some sort of issue and the purchase went pending. The staff was not understanding nor nice about it. They literally treated me like a crook. My Groupon was $280 and they wanted to charge me $800!! Of course I was outraged id already purchased the $280. I was so upset I was literally shaking as they were treating me like I was trying not to pay. Even though they already had my cc on file and I showed them the Groupon. It wasn’t til I told the manager that I was going to write this review did she calm down and stop treating me like I was trying steal services. So even though I had the Groupon she still double charged me.. literally 5 min after I left Groupon fixed the issue. This place is TRASH. Staff is awful. I would not recommend going here. I was treated yesterday and my forehead is full of red lumps and sore to the touch. I’ve been getting neurotoxins for 10+ years! Not normal. Definitely will update with results.
