I have always loved this place and been a regular customer since it has opened. Never any problems till this time. The girl seemed like she was new, and did not know what she was doing, pinching my skin with the thread. Did not do the top of my brow at all and did not trim the hairs at the finish. I looked closely once I got home. My eyebrows had blood spots in 5 different spots from pinching the skin. No shape to the eyebrows at all. It was not at all a experience I would want to do again. I understand learning, but this was awful!

This place is absolutely wonderful! Filled with friendly staff, and a beautiful atmosphere! The prices are reasonable, and the girls do an amazing job! I had my brows done by Elizabeth, and she did a fantastic job! If you ever consider going here, ask for Elizabeth to do your brows! She’s very talented, and will have you leaving very happy. ❤

Critical: ValueI went in yesterday I had eye lash Extensions which cost 40.00$ before tax. A older Chinese women did my eye lashes, she said don’t touch them, yank them, wash them, gave me a paper even on how to care for them. She said they last 1 to 2 weeks depending if you follow the rules on how to care for them! I did everything the paper said to care for them at night, I noticed you couldn’t see them unless you were up close, I noticed she missed a spot on the eye lash so it did look a little funny but let it go…. then… today ( 24 hours later ) I was poked in the eye by the eye lash, they are falling off!! Not worth the money!!! Poor quality! I have been there before for eye brow threading! Even tinting of the eye brow & a younger white women did them and did amazing! I loved her!!! I’m completely unhappy. I got my eyebrows and my eyelashes done. Right now it looks like someone has drawn crooked eyeliner across my eyes. My lashes are messed up. Too high up in some points, too low in others, a dip in the middle of my left eye. It’s only been two days but I’m embarrassed enough to want to rip them off. I’m trying to correct it with makeup, but after spending $70 for everything, why am I already having to correct a professionals work? I don’t think I’ll be back

Critical: QualityWent in for eyebrow threading just to get them cleaned up. I don’t have an actual eyebrow shape or arch that I strive for. I was very nervous to go somewhere outside of the original place I go to. I have a 1.5 inch scar going through my left Eyebrow so I kindly told the lady to be careful bc I didn’t want them to be too thin, which would make the scar look much bigger. I even pulled up photos of myself of how I get them done. After threading one she then says “I’m gonna try my best to get it like the picture” pause….you shouldn’t have started if you didn’t know if you could do it so surprise I have a bald spot under my scar, on top of two pinky nails size cuts under the same eye from her threading a literal single hair that she missed. I went in for eyebrow threading they set me up with a lady named Schwetta. I usually only go to one spot specifically for brow threading but I figured I’d give them a try since they were more local. My end result was great, my brows looked wonderful. However I woke up this morning with a couple red dots from bleeding under my brow and a red line almost like bruised. I would still return again though she was wonderful.

Thrilled to have threading close to home! Having to drive all the way to Polaris for threading was inconvenient at best. The owner here threaded my eyebrows and offered by far one of the most gentle experiences I’ve had. My sensitive skin usually welts for a few days following, and I’m happy to report that she was able to thread my eyebrows without any major swelling after. I will be returning and recommending her to friends!

I went to get my eyebrows tinted and the end result was bad. I went in with makeup and asked if they could make my eyebrows look like that without the makeup, and they said yes. They used a black color when I am a brown, and had to do it twice due to my previous makeup on. The only part that changed was the middle of my eyebrow, everything else looked like my eyebrow naturally, which I did not want. I wouldn’t recommend it.

I went here today and was greeted by a young girl , and I was worried because she looked so young and I was expecting the worse but I was so wrong she did my eyebrows perfectly !!!! I’m am very picky and when I get home I always find something that’s slightly off or wrong and I can say that today there was not one thing off about my eyebrows they were right on point and shaped beautifully and they matched. I definitely know who I am going to from now on . I was I would of asked her name so I could give her credit , but I will remember to next time. It only took this young lady not even three minutes and she was done , she trimmed , threaded she didn’t the works without being asked !!!!
