Unfortunately the very friendly staff does not change the review. I got hit with the oh so typical SURPRISE INSURANCE BILL! I asked up front and was told the procedure would be covered under my insurance and a $40 copay would be charged. Got a bill for $150 I owe of a $295 bill…. the $40 co payment I made to them you ask…. well my insurance did in fact not charge a co payment for the visit! I have a very large and reputable insurance company there is no way the office staff could not have informed me of the correct billing when I asked. Oh and they want me to come back for a deeper removal of the spot they ALREADY REMOVED. Unfortunately this is all too common and familiar. I would say ask for costs up front but that doesn’t work here…….

This is surprisingly the best run practice I’ve ever been to for any profession. The doctors/residents and assistants are all extremely qualified and personable. They make sure to take the time to address any issues you ask about. Great customer service and staff is very friendly and helpful and efficient. Extremely satisfied and can easily recommend to anyone.

Never even got in to see the doctor. Made a lunch appt, waited for 45 minutes only to be told it’d be at least another 10. Find a different provider – you’re not worth their time, they shouldn’t be worth yours.

3rd year here getting a yearly skin check. I have lots of freckles, moles and skin tags and doctor doesn’t use that as an excuse to cut. They have onsite dispensary for skin related medicine which is convenient. Office uses email and text reminders for appointments which is easy. My wait after checking in was approximately 5-10 minutes which seems normal.

I’ve used both Paoli and Media sites for over 10 years as a client. The doctors and staff are courteous, efficient, and my wait time is typically 10 minutes or less. Both my children are clients here also. I have the highest regard for the practice and their approach to skin care.

Office miscommunications, excessively long appointment windows. Doesn’t do a whole lot of good when you need proactive care for chronic conditions, especially for existing patients. New patients I wouldn’t.

I like their COVID protocol! The nurses take the history before coming in the building. It was nice just walking in the office knowing what room I’m going to. My one tip is they should have some music on to reduce hearing the employee’s conversations in the rooms

My dermatologist moved away and I was referred to Dr. Altman. My family has had serious skin conditions and cancers and so the dermatologist is the only doctor that I’m sure to visit regularly and need to be confident in my practitioner. Dr. Altman and everyone I’ve met within the practice have been thorough and professional. They take time to answer questions and address concerns. Highly recommend.
