I want to give no stars, bought a groupon about a week ago was so excited to go because people left pretty good reviews, not sure how because I called several times and e-mailed for an appointment and owner never response, really terrible way to do business, if you don’t want new clients don’t have offers on groupon. Great spot! Staff is nice and they explain the process & procedure thoroughly. I saw some reviews mentioning difficulty in making an appointment. I had no issues. If they miss your call they text you within a few hours. After my first appointment they booked my next 3 appointments before I even left the office!

I would have liked to share a review for this place, but sadly, the owner does not want to honour my Groupon BEWARE I have had to go through hassle and numerous calls and text messages to this Orlando Aesthetic Body Sculpting branch to get an appointment, as soon as he was aware that I was a Groupon voucher holder, he avoided giving me an appointment, and has not responded to my calls. This should not happen to someone who buys a Groupon in good faith to be treated with such contempt. Groupon have not offered much help either. I have not had a refund for my voucher, simply another voucher which I will spend as soon as I can – Beware who you trust to ‘work’ on your face. Very Disgruntled

I have read other reviews and the supposed owner replies that you can still make appointments but it’s a scam. Beware do not buy a Groupon for this establishment. 100% SCAM
