Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityIt’s obvious that they are taking the health and safety of their clients very seriously during this time. The man (Andy?) that did my acrylics was very nice, not very talkative (which personally I find to be a plus!) and did an awesome job. The owners seem to have great relationships with their clients, which is awesome to see. It’s obvious that they are taking the health and safety of their clients very seriously during this time. The man (Andy?) that did my acrylics was very nice, not very talkative (which personally I find to be a plus!) and did an awesome job. The owners seem to have great relationships with their clients, which is awesome to see. Overall, I’m very pleased!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI’m currently using my father’s account to write this review. I’m a loyal client for years and there were moments that I let their actions slide by and continue to go to them because I like to support locals especially when I use to run the restaurant next to them.I always make appointments on the same day soI don’t have to wait. Just two weeks ago I had a family emergency which my main priority was my father’s health and I had to call 911. It’s obviously inhuman to think of canceling a nail appointment during that time while you’re dealing with a traumatic moment.Two weeks later I had a break and needed to relax. I called the salon to make an appointment in an hour or so but because I didn’t show up that day, I can’t schedule an appointment especially if it was a family emergency.Such heartless people. I will no long support such a business that don’t care for their clients wellbeing or their family.I don’t need any sympathy but to give me a lecture that it’s unjustifiable to not call in and cancel an appointment even though it’s a life and death family emergency.
