Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went here because it’s right behind my house and I won’t be back. The polish turned out bumpy and textured, I had these done on a Saturday and by the next day there was already a chunk of my right thumb nail that broke off. They also left polish and pieces of uneven acrylic on the underside of the nail. I knew something was wrong and I wasn’t happy when they were done. I tried to express my concern and they told me there was nothing wrong with them. Acted like they were just done with me wanted me to pay and go. I am not one to try to argue so I payed for my service and left. I will be going somewhere else to get my nail repaired and my polish changed. I went here because it’s right behind my house and I won’t be back. The polish turned out bumpy and textured, I had these done on a Saturday and by the next day there was already a chunk of my right thumb nail that broke off. They also left polish and pieces of uneven acrylic on the underside of the nail. I knew something was wrong and I wasn’t happy when they were done. I asked for ombre and did not get that. Also this is like the 5th or so time I have tried them. My nails are bumpy and uneven. One nail is ombre the others look like pink and white. Will not be going back.

My husband bought a $50 gift card here. Me and my daughter went in yesterday and I got the gel and she only got paint on fingers and toes. I was charged $65 for this and the woman was just in a hurry. I can’t believe she charged me $25 just to paint fingers and toes. Ridiculous She was rough and only rubbed legs with some green mask stuff, wiped it off and just lotion. Don’t waste money here!

Yikes. The worst mani/pedi of my life. Showed them a simple picture and was told “that’s too many colors”. It was literally 4 different pinks. Nothing crazy. Just solid pink. My nails were so bumpy and misshapen i spent hours at home trying to fix them myself. Also asked for a gel pedi and received regular polish and the entire pedicure lasted 8 minutes. I am going back for them to make it right but never again.

Had been here in the past, a couple of years ago and was not impressed. The place has been updated and I believe has some new staff since then. My experience then was not anything special however this time was completely different! Ty was very thorough and did an excellent job on my pedicure!!! My mom had a pedicure at the same time by another gentleman and he also did a good job. They used sterile utensils and paid great attention to the details and the little extras that make it all worth it and were very reasonably priced. It seemed like more than a basic pedicure for only $25 leaving me more than willing to leave a well deserved tip. They offer many services. They also have two child pedicure chairs to offer mother daughter pedis as well. I will definitely be back!

Splurged on myself for my bday and had my nails done. They are super friendly…very detailed and did an awesome job. Only complaint is I ask price before sitting down then after getting started I was told it was more because I wanted mine longer than they usually do. They still had to cut the tips so only thing they used more of was the powder. Should have been the same price no matter how long customer ask for.

They seemed great at first, but apparently they never say no to an appointment and are trying to book too many people in a day. The last few times I have been there, they have removed my powder polish with a grinder to the point of causing pain and damaging my nails. I will never go back!
