Cadie was superb today. She really showed her experience with how quickly she was able to get my haircut done while also making it look amazing. I hate sitting in salons for hours, though I know it can be a necessity for certain services. She was professional, gave me tips on how to take care of my hair, and was able to make my natural curls look outstanding without any heat styling (which I greatly appreciate). I didn’t book my appointment with her originally and was a bit nervous to be with a new stylist, but she did absolutely wonderful! Thank you so much!

I can’t remember who it was, but I went in for a haircut and a platinum card. The hair cut I asked for and the one I got were completely different, the timer made my hair green, and bleach ended up ruining my clothes. I had told the stylist multiple times that water was running down my back and she did nothing to resolve it, ending with my favorite hoodie being ruined, a “feminized” version of the cut I wanted, and $300 gone

I had my first experience with Advanced Styling today and was very impressed! I recently haven’t been happy with my current services and my current stylist is relocating, so that’s where I got on google and found Advanced Styling and made an appointment. I was scheduled with Shanna, who also happens to be the owner. I showed her some pictures of what I have been looking at achieving. She was happy to help me get a step closer to my hair goals. She took the time to discuss what I want to accomplish and really understand what I want for my hair as I am transitioning from dark to light, helped me decide would look good with my skin tone, and provided education on my hair and expectations for maintenance. I found it helpful that Shanna was upfront, honest, and very kind. We had great conversations about hair products and what I needed but I didn’t feel I was getting pushed products or pressured to buy anything. I think pricing here is fair, I spent a pretty penny today, but I am completely satisfied and look fabulous 🙂
