My appt was scheduled for 1250. I arrived at 1 pm. Upon arrival, I was unsure if I was in the right location because name on door didn’t match my confirmation. I entered, gave my name to assistant, and was told to wait. After waiting 20 min, I received an email my appointment was CANCELED and no refund on prepaid services REQUIRED to book.
