So far I have been really pleased with Advanced Skin Care & Laser Center. They offer a quality environment that I had not expected to find in our area. I personally have seen both Dr. Hilty and Dr. Sekharan for fillers and find them to be both very helpful and friendly and they are always willing and open to go through things with you. Being new to these procedures, sometimes I do get some of the services mixed up and it’s not always overly clear what you are getting, what it might cost, or what alternatives might be available if you are trying to plan fiscally but if you are a more forthright person and go in asking questions, everyone here is really great and helpful. I have also found that the current front desk staff is all incredibly nice and more than supportive now.

If I could give Advanced Skin Care & Laser more than 5 stars, I would! Dr. Sekharan is amazing. She thoroughly explained everything before administering my Botox (as it was my first time) & made sure the whole procedure was painless / efficient. I’m beyond happy with my results. The staff are also extremely friendly & the prices are best in town. Everyone should come here for their skin care needs.

I love this place! I have been treated by both physicians and one esthetician at Advanced. They are highly professional and the results are amazing. They prepare you before procedures with very clear instructions and a review of what is to be expected. In addition, if any questions arise after you go home, call them! The physicians will call you back if your question can’t be completely answered by the front desk staff. Speaking of the front desk staff, they are superb! So friendly and thorough. I feel like a queen when I am there because they treat me like one. I have a lot of confidence in everyone there, and that is very important to me.

My wife has self esteem issues so I thought it’d help to have some beauty treatments done. She has had several treatments at this facility, spending well over $1,000. Things were good until she had an issue with her card when paying. We’ve never had any issues before, but we understand that sometimes these things can happen. The office manager (Stephanie) was rude, unhelpful and arrogant. She offered no help with resolving our card issue. We eventually got the card dealt with, but not after my wife was humiliated in front of staff and customers. Needless to say, my wife will NOT be returning. She has canceled her future appointments and will not be returning. Men, find another facility for your women, one that has the desire and professionalism to deal with the occasional glitches that will come up with modern technologies. ladies, if you insist on going to this place, have some backup cash for your services in case your card has any issue. Unsatisfactory situation! I give ONE star for Stephanie’s substandard performance and attitude. Unacceptable service!

The ladies at this establishment are so kind and offer amazing service. The office setting is so beautiful and beautifully decorated. They offer a nice range of different products to suit your needs. I got 15 units of Botox, and the kind lady who did it for me was very informative and answered any/all questions I had. The process was so quick and virtually painless! I’m definitely making this my go-to spot for any facial fillers and skincare I need!
