While I miss the old owner. Katie (new owner) did A wonderful job of accommodating me last minute. Unfortunately I cannot remember the name of the person who did my hair, but she did a wonderful job and I felt like a brand new person upon leaving. Had a wonderful foot spa with Jackie. The owner, Katie, with her gentle hands patiently colored my thick freezy hair and gave me a scalp, neck massage. Lacking check in/out desk professional experience, inaccurate pricing. Child’s hair now costs $59 +tip with blow drying hair. No iron work or curling. I was told it would be around $30 which seems reasonable for a 5 year old. I believe They mixed up my payment with someone’s else service and I end up paying for the wrong hair service. That’s my thought. So be careful when checking out. Won’t be going back.
