I can say that the staff are real friendly, helpful and professional. I came to them through using a Groupon for Lipo laser. The diet or food restrictions is harsh and frustrating but necessarily to achieve ultimate results. It only takes about 45 minutes of your time 2-3 times a week. I lost an over all 1-3 inches in my midsection upper, waste and lower. Not too bad for 6 sessions. Don’t forget to drink lots and lots of Water.

They encourage you to meet your goals during your weekly weigh ins and help with meal plans. You can also call them for any questions or concerns without feeling rushed.
