After 30 years of living life I was unhappy with all aspects of my health, advanced med spa was a crucial key to my health & wellness journey. 1 year later with these ladies and I now have less body fat, a more contoured body, I’m breathing properly (who knew there’s a wrong way to breathe) better posture, better nutrition, and overall better confidence and self worth.
