Sara has been a Licensed Massage therapist since 1998 with 1000 hours of initial training at The Florida College of Natural Health. Since becoming licensed, she has taken numerous continuing education courses in therapies such as, Lymphatic Drainage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Trigger Point, Craniosacral Therapy, Sports Massage, and TMJ therapy. Massage therapy and the bodywork Sara provides may be the missing piece in your wellness routine. Even if you’ve had massage therapy before, they might not have been the right fit.
