Please please please stay away from this place. I wanted to save some money Botox and bought groupon for 40 units. They make you fill up tons of paperwork including asking your social security number! Then I was directed to tiny dirty room. Doctor had a dirty blue mask on with full of big yellow stains, probably wore it 7 days. I asked to get treated my forehead and crows feet. No cleaning with alcohol wipes before treatment and he USED A GLOVE WITH ICE on my face! And TOILET TISSUES! What on earth! NIGHTMARE! He said the MIDDLE OF MY FOREHEAD IS NOT A PART OF MY FOREHEAD and refused to treat that area but sides unless I paid another 220$! He was shaking and spilling Botox or what it was who knows all over my face. I’ve had Botox almost 15 years and never ever had anything close to this experience. Do yourself a favor just spend another 100$ for gods sake and go to somewhere else. I even doubt it’s a legit medical service! Literally I have no words! I contacted groupon customer service. Shocking!

I have done Botox many times in my life but this time was the worst. The doctor was the worst he seems like doesn’t know what he doing and he didn’t use anything to clean my skin before injection and when I ask him you don’t wanna clean it first he got offended and clean my skin like not willing to. I ended up bleeding a lot and got some bruises on my face. People please don’t come here. I was sold on the CO2 laser to reduce my acne pits. I was provided examples and my experience was nothing similar to what was communicated. 5 months later and My skin looks the same prior to receiving the CO2 laser. 3 months after the procedure I went back for dysport and asked the doctor is there anything else I can do to help the outcome and he suggested the CO2 laser again. Not remembing he just performed it on me. When I reminded him, he agreed you couldn’t even tell.

Unfortunately poor experience , Dr. appeared nice and caring , I came for Botox injections but also decided to try fillers under my eyes . I ended up with a huge bruise under my eye , after 2 month I still have the bruise which got smaller but not resolving . I requested refund but was asked to leave the office by the Doctor . Stay away from the place .

The doctor was polite, and friendly. The staff was nice, but the botox injections I received almost immobilized one eyebrow and hardly affected the other. It looks very assymetrical and I am going to consult another business to hopefully correct it.

This place provided me with one of the most exceptional services I’ve ever received. The microdermabrasion was delivered to me with care and any questions I had had a clear answer/ recommendation. The dermatologist treated me as if we were long life friends and we could talk not only about my curiosity in his profession but the particular things relating to my skin. Not to mention the warm welcome and great attention to detail the receptionist and assistants had with me. I honestly recommend it 10 out of 10. I was there just yesterday already recommended it to my entire family and my friends.

Bettina did my microdermabrasion and she definely knows her stuff! She was not rushing, very detailed, making sure that every step was done correctly. You can already tell the clarity on my skin right after the procedure. She’s also very friendly and very patient in accomodating my next schedule.
