Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI typically do not go out of my way to leave a bad review for a business, however Advanced Laser Clinic honestly deserves it.I had made an appointment for both my sister and myself weeks in advance with their front desk. I had spoken with them at least two times before my appointment, as well as once the day before to CONFIRM my appointment the next morning. The front desk receptionist, on our confirmation call (third call overall), requested us to reach by 8:15 am for our 8:30 appointment in order to get our paperwork done. Come the morning of our appointment, my sister and I show up at 8:15 on the dot, to an office that was closed. The office remained closed for the half an hour we waited there, with the phone going unanswered.This place has no regard or respect for their customers’ time and effort. They do not bear in mind that their customers may have taken off of work, and taken the time and effort to make their appointment.Their customer service is absolutely abysmal, and they are certainly not professional. I typically do not go out of my way to leave a bad review for a business, however Advanced Laser Clinic honestly deserves it.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI went here to have an anti aging facial and Kristina did a Wonderful job!! She explained everything she was doing and didn’t try to upcharge anything which was refreshing because usually these type of places do! I did end up buying a package for four more services where you could do either a chemical peel or microdermabrasion because I asked her about microdermabrasion. I’m doing two of each and so far have been very happy with the service and how my skin is looking. I am 59 years old so I’m not delusional that my skin will miraculously look like it did in my 20’s but definitely looks better. My hubby has even noticed (which that is a miracle cause guys don’t usually notice that stuff) and I have had several friends say my skin looks brighter and better and asked what I have been doing. I find it strange that people have been saying bad things about Kristina because she has been nothing but nice.
