A couple of years ago I used this establishment to remove unwanted hair on my chin and lip. It was great and I was happy with my service. Due to the area I had hair removed I was told more than one time if I needed a touch up it would only cost $50 because it was an area already completed. Two years (Covid) I made an appointment to have a touch up and brought a friend for a consultation. The technician was really sweet and friendly. I walked up to the counter and to my amazement was charged $200. I let the girl at the counter know what I was told and she said, well it is new owners so the price changed. I wish someone would’ve quoted me the price prior to the service. Needless to say I will find another place because I feel they should’ve honored the old price initially quoted to me. My friend who had the consult will also not be using this establishment.

I have visited this clinic many times. Since my first visit the staff has always been friendly towards me, answered all of my questions, and made me feel very comfortable. I really enjoy my appointments and even more so enjoy my results. I am looking forward to my next visit!

Really great staff. They are knowledgeable and really want the best results for their clients, but they NEVER pressure you to do more than what’s needed. My first experience with Botox was so enjoyable! Carla took the time to explain everything, step-by-step. She welcomed questions and answered them all without judgement or reservation. Everything went exactly how she explained it would go. I had no complications, no worries. Even if I did there’s an after hours number where some can help you if needed.

I’ve gotten lip fillers before at various places but Ally gave me by far the best experience. Personally, lip fillers are the most uncomfortable but with Ally it felt super quick and painless and of course I’m loving my results. I’m also getting my laser hair removal done at this spot and I’m getting an amazing outcome.
