Positive: Professionalism, QualityMy body was in need of some good therapeutic work – not just a massage. The therapist I had, although she spoke no English, was really in tune with my needs. I’m so happy they have the option for cupping and stretching. The young lady who checked me in was friendly and gracious. I am extremely grateful I found this little place. My body was in need of some good therapeutic work – not just a massage. The therapist I had, although she spoke no English, was really in tune with my needs. I’m so happy they have the option for cupping and stretching. The young lady who checked me in was friendly and gracious. I am extremely grateful I found this little place. Critical: QualityWon’t be returning. I booked a deep tissue. Really needed it since I am pretty active and they seemed to be the only ones with availability on such short notice. I will say you get what you pay for. The pricing is alot more reasonable than most spas. This is a massage parlor. NOT a spa. That doesn’t bother me too much as long as the service is good but firstly, The pin pad was not working correctly at first I didn’t think too much of it but once I checked my account I was charged 4 times. Had to call my bank and dispute the extra charges. The massage was pretty mediocre. He focused to much on my shoulders and not enough on the rest of the body. They barely speak English so its hard to communicate. I’m giving two stars because they seemed sweet and when I reached out to them about my charges was willing to help. Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityExcellent massage! They know what they are doing. I have been getting deep tissue massages forever and this one was great. Yuyo and Jennifer are fantastic. Very clean center, reasonable price, relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely recommend! I will be back.
