I was a customer for 7 years. I’ve spent over $30,000.00. I had placed an order and made a deposit of approx $1,500.00. Then COVID hit. I called Advanced Hair Replacement over 25 times to find out the status, as I realized I would have to find another solution. I had my bank refund my $1,500.00. When the salon was finally re-opened, I called to make an appointment with the owner. Elsie. She would NOT return my NUMEROUS phone calls. I’ve left many many messages. Apparently Elsie is mad that I had my bank return my money. On my numerous v/m messages, I stated that I would pay cash. Very unprofessional and unethical behavior for a business owner. I also had a few systems that were of very poor quality, tangled hair, hair falling out. Elsie would refuse to replace them. I do NOT RECOMMEND Advanced Hair Systems. Horrible customer service and childlike behavior from the owner, Elsie. TEN THUMBS DOWN .
