Five and a half hours! That would be amazing and well worth it if it was even remotely similar to what was asked. Never in all my years have I seen anything so bad (tough for me to write as I worked in a salon for years). So disappointed!!!!

I most likely will never visit this salon due to the lack of knowledge from my stylists asking others opinion on what she should do with my hair. She seemed confused like it was her fist day on the job which made me nervous. After paying over $350 with tip for a balayage, cut, and blow dry I was somewhat satisfied. I went home and noticed my hair was yellow, barley trimmed, specifically asked for my curtain bangs to be trimmed and she failed to do that. I went home and had to finish my blow out because my hair was still wet, I’m not a professional and give myself a great blow out at home daily. I should have went back immediately to get the issue resolved but work like the rest of the world and did not have the time. After calling to let them know I was dissatisfied with the service they want ME to take another $90 out of my pocket to fix my hair when it should have been correct the first time.

I wish I could go for zero stars. My grandmother requested a perm. They permed her hair and then sent her out with basically straightened hair. Not the style she wanted at all. Over $100 and we had to restyle it at home. The business refused to offer a refund for anything besides the style portion, claiming that the perm solution worked so they wouldn’t refund any of those funds. Well here we are roughly 4 weeks later and it’s already lost the curl. A good perm is 8 weeks. Severely disappointed and freshly new stylists should not be working and sending clients out with the manager looking things over.

I went here for a haircut right before Christmas and I got a new stylist. I left with a meh kind of attitude but it was fine because I understood she was new. They called me a few days later and asked me how it went which was really thoughtful. They offered me a redo with a senior stylist for free. I said sure. I went in and had her do it…. very disappointed. I didn’t know at the time because she straightened my hair but now my layers are all messed up and my hair looks really bad natural. The stylist knew my natural hair because I went in with it and she even made a comment about the thickness. I’ve been really unhappy with my hair hoping it will grow back enough to get the layers cut correctly…. I give an extra star for them at least calling and checking in.

Positive: Professionalism, QualityMy first time at this salon. They got me in same day for consultation and was able to fit me in just a few days later. I was really nervous about getting a new hair dresser and Kaitlin (katie) made me feel really comfortable. I had colored my own hair because of the pandemic and was brutally honest that my hair may be difficult and understood if my balayage wouldn’t be super light. She did give me some advice and was also honest with me. But color came out really nice and I am super pumped to continue my hair journey with her. Don’t be fooled because of her age. She does really amazing work. Also very personable and made me laugh. I was also very self conscious about the scars on my head and she didn’t judge me once. I was really nervous about getting a new hair dresser and Kaitlin (katie) made me feel really comfortable.
