Very rude and unprofessional- I was having difficulty finding the location. Nicole essentially called me a liar when I stated the building number I was standing by. She repeatedly commented on me being 5 minutes late even though it took her 10 minutes to crate her dog that she has on premises. I understood that my services would be shortened but why make the customer feel bad?!

I had my first visit with Nicole yesterday and have only wonderful things to say about the whole experience. I scheduled a consultation and custom facial online. Nicole really took the time to listen to my skin concerns and come up with a treatment plan. She explained everything she was doing during the facial. I suffer from rosacea and she is the first esthetician I’ve met who has extensive knowledge about the condition, as well as the right products and treatments. I usually leave a facial with my skin irritated because I’m so sensitive. But yesterday, I left with my skin feeling and looking amazing. Nicole really put me at ease throughout the whole visit. She was professional, while still being personable and friendly. I am so happy with my experience that I am planning on joining her monthly facial club!

I had a Basic Custom Facial and Nicole was amazing! She is thorough in her analysis of the skin, looking at it from a well-rounded, holistic perspective.
