I have been coming to Paula for almost a year now, and as a black woman it has not been easy finding a service to cater to your needs! She is always on time! It is easy to set up an appointment with her! The electrolysis process itself is a bit painful but Paula will keep you laughing or will have you engaged in a conversation that will distract you! By far the kindest, pure hearted woman I’ve ever met. As a young entrepreneur myself I informed her about my business and she literally surprised and gifted me with something that helped my business tremendously! Extremely grateful!

I love Paula. She is the freaking best. Works fast, and is very pleasant to talk to. I’ve been coming to her for almost a year now after switching electrologists, and I’m so glad that my social anxiety drove me away from my last one, because every session with Paula is a joy. I’m coming up on being ready for surgery, and I’m getting kinda sad about sessions tapering down, and I’m gonna just have to come and say hi sometimes regardless because at this point we’re pals. So yeah, this is a very biased review, but I really do think Paula is an amazing gal, and I hope you’ll feel the same way.

I was nervous about starting electrolysis because of the expense but after a year of consistent treatment (every 4-6 weeks) I’ve seen great results and a major reduction in my unwanted hair. I highly recommend Paula’s services.
