This Electrolysis Clinic is one of Kaiser Permanente references. I choose this clinic before because I thought it was a good one according to the reviews I read. But…. a very BIG “BUT” … I was DISAPPOINTED. I was only treated Once. I met Mark the owner I think and he’s the one doing the facial hair removal. He’s nice. But on my 2nd Appointment he let me waited outside his clinic for over an hour. He didn’t show up to open his clinic. I called him and left messages. He replied me back after a week and he told me to set another appointment date. He told me he will text me when an open appointment is available. I’ve waited and until this time I’m writing this review no text from him. I already reported it to my case manager in kaiser Permanente. And Kaiser Permanente send me again a lists of clinics to choose from. To those who read my review, ‘I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS ADVANCE ELECTROLYSIS CLINIC. YOU WILL JUST WASTING YOUR TIME WAITING FOR APPOINTMENT.

Look no further, Mark Is an amazing electrologist!!! I have been meaning to write this review for some time. Pre-Covid, Mark had cleared me of my unwanted hair in a timely fashion. Not only that, he is highly trained in the most advanced technology electrolysis has to offer. His office is impeccable, super clean and best of all he takes insurance for certain cases which I think is pretty awesome. Medical billing is incredibly difficult to do and I know how hard he works to take good care of of his clients. Mark always makes me laugh and is just an overall very good person who will go above the standard for you. I will be back for this one chin hair that sprouted recently once he is open again. Damn you Covid and stress related chin sprouts! Definitely book your next session with him. You’ll be happy you did!
