I was recommended to his office by many of my friends who are also patients.. Their guiding values are Compassion, Respect & Integrity,,, through my experience this is very true, as well as many other exceptional values. Esther Stern NP cared for my mother’s skin issue the for several days, they were able to take her last minute due to a cancellation! Angels were watching over my Mother. I have been to numerous dermatology practices over a span of 10 plus years & there is not one practice to my knowledge & experience that comes close to the wonderful care this practice exemplifies. The other practices I visited I felt like just another number. From the moment My mother & I walked through the door we were cared for like a family member, from the kind, courteous front desk staff, as well as the wonder medical assistant. The office is modern & I can tell they take much pride in cleanliness and order. We were greeted & walked to the exam room, the medical assistant was patient & kind. Esther greeted my Mother with respect, kindness & concern, she was friendly & I know from listening to her, well educated & knew exactly how to care for my Mom. She asked Dr Tarlow to take a look and he made my Mother feel comfortable (she is 90 years young & was nervous) he made a fun joke & that immediately calmed my Mother! I am greatly appreciative of this practice & happy we found you! Thank you for the exceptional care you are giving to my Mother!

I’ve been to the office on multiple occasions for different issues. I found the providers patient, knowledgeable and easy to talk too. Kudos to the office for having great timings. Had an early appointment with Esther the NP and was in and out in a timely fashion. In general never had to wait long and if I did, was well worth the wait. I would Definitely refer people here.

I have had the pleasure of being a patient of Dr. Tarlowe for over the past 10 years and he’s a dynamic dermatologist. The office staff are always pleasant and accommodating. Many of my visits are with Ester, the N.P. on staff, who is exceptional at what she does. She always puts me at ease, even makes me laugh, and demonstrates expertise in her field. I am so satisfied with Dr. Tarlowe, Ester and the staff that I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else.

I can’t say enough great things about Pesha Cohen, NP. She does very thorough exams while maintaining your privacy and finds areas of concern not visible to the untrained eye. She knew what to rule out and what to biopsy on me and was accurate on both of them. The medical staff is very friendly also.

After five MOHs procedures, some fairly serious, I am so grateful to Dr Tarlow, the Nurse Practitioners, and the rest of the staff at AD&SS, where outstanding medical expertise is a given, proven to me during each stage of every procedure. These are professionals with remarkable skills, a value beyond measure. And then there is the soul-to-soul rapport. It is hard to imagine a team more distinguished by their sincere kindness. Treatments are imbued with compassion, bright without emotionality, a rare balance. My personal experience with and observation of Dr Tarlow, NPs Prag and Stern, and so many others is that they have a natural, heart- and spirit-centered approach to patients, and that provides more than half the treatment, and that is truly priceless. I am a lifelong observer of leadership skills, and it is obvious that Dr Tarlow’s leadership and personal example has created and sustains the environment I’ve described above, although it is certainly a team approach benefiting all.
