I must be the exception here, but other the my initial visit, my experience with this office is frustrating and disappointing. I need a biopsy on my toe and apparently they don’t have a trained person to handle this. After I originally went in, they stated I needed to get a biopsy done. They scheduled the appointment two weeks out, they confirm the appointment at least three times, I get to said appointment with my husband (took the day off just in case my foot was too uncomfortable to drive), only to be told nearly an hour later that no one there was trained to do the procedure. No call in advance to let me know or nothing said to me when I walked in. The worst was no apologies whatsoever, a very “oh wells” attitude. I was rescheduled for a month later. A week before my appointment a get another call that the doctor due to perform the biopsy was unavailable and again would be pushing the appointment for over a month, and again no apologies. I don’t understand how they only have ONE person trained to do these procedures. I guess if you don’t have anything terribly concerning they are good enough. For me, I want a medical office and team to care.

absolute joke. Don’t know how these people are still in business. Waited two weeks for an appointment just so he can say he had a family emergency to cancel it. I have a family emergency!! My mom is dealing with cancer and has been battling it for months! I don’t have time for you to cancel my appointment last minute and now I’m out of my medicine for two weeks. Will be filing on BBB 🙂

Rescheduled me 3 times. No reason or apology. Don’t bother using the online scheduling option as they won’t approve your appointment and leave you on pending . I had to call them and none of the days that were available online were available over the phone.

We went in at 330 on Thursday for my Husband having a severe allergic reaction to something. ( we had already been to urgent care, but decided to let the skin dr take a look at it.) They took a culture ordered blood work and said my husband needed to take steroids and antihistamine orally, and he ordered topical steroids and something to clean the area with. We made a return visit appointment in 3 weeks to get checked. It is now 830pm on Friday night and no prescription was ever sent to our pharmacy. He was told they would send it over today. They are closed! 12/30/22. So now we have to go back to urgent care to see if the Dr there will order steroids since this office doesn’t seem to care for its patients! I will be contacting my insurance about the subpar care he received from this office. It’s like they want him to suffer til Tuesday before we can even call! This is unacceptable!

I have visited with Dr. Edro twice. The first appointment I had a couple biopsies and a rash. He gave me a prescription for cream for my rash. It took two weeks for me to finally get the prescription. I seen him again Thursday October 7th for the same rash. It’s Sunday night and I’m hoping tomorrow I finally get the 2 RX’s he prescribed on Thursday. #MYRASHISKILLINGME

Instead of the problem area, they treated right next to the problem area and now my shoulders have scars even after months and the growth is still there. If they can’t see something simple as skin growth I wouldn’t trust them with anything else.

The PA is who you see and he is not very good at making clean cuts on biopsies. I have one that has not healed even after a month. He cut so deeply. Would not recommend.

DR.Idro (pronounced e-dro) is TERRIBLE if I could rate 0 stars I would. He is incredibly rude and unprofessional. When you want an explanation of his explanation he becomes extremely defensive and no longer wants to help you, and doesn’t care for anything you have to say. I wasn’t even done speaking and he interrupted me to speak to the nurse and walked out. UNPROFESSIONAL I travel an hour to be treated poorly. 0/5!

I had an appointment today to check a suspicious freckle. I was scared and worried. The man and nurse lady who attended me were so sweet and immediately did a biopsy. I didn’t feel a thing. He put my mind at ease and answered every question I had. It was a great experience I’ll be back here for any other skin concerns I have in the future.
