I had a 7:30 am appointment. I was the first one there. No staff arrived yet and doors where closed. They open up at 7:35 am. I also had a terrible experience dealing with the manager regarding insurance policy. Anyway the point was how I felt and how I got treated. Plane rude and unprofessional. I didn’t get a good morning or have a nice day. I like Dr. Nguyen but this last time I went he did everything quick. I felt rushed out. I will not be going to this place anymore. I got charge a deductible and my insurance is a copay so I called my insurance afterwards and they said I should get my money back as soon as the claim processes so I can go back to that office who charged me incorrectly and request a refund.

My mom came to see both Dr. Nguyens because she was dealing with a rash that has been bothering her over 1-2 years. She would scratch non stop, to where she had to wear arm sleeves outdoors and in bed. At times, she was not aware when she was scratching and would try to use an ice pack to alleviate the itchiness/inflammation, but we would catch her scratching with the ice pack. She would also try all different creams, medication and home remedies (I.e banana peels, eggs etc). After a couple of visits and a biopsy, they were able to prescribe some medication that helped her condition.

I had a spot on my arm that Dr. Adam Nguyen removed and had tested. They called and informed me that it squamous cell carcinoma and it needed to be removed. I set the appointment and went to have it removed. During this process everyone was very nice and caring towards me. I never felt any pain or discomfort during any of my visit. the follow up visit went very smooth and fast. I would highly recommend Dr. Adam Nguyen. my wife is going to going to him now also. Great doctor and great service

Today was my first visit to Advanced Derm-Plastic, P.A, and it won’t be my last. The front office staff was extremely courteous and service-oriented. They were very accommodating to my needs and very supportive, as I arrived late due to an accident on my way to the office. Moreover, Dr. Adam Nguyen answered all my questions and took his time to ensure to explain the procedures. He made sure that I was comfortable with the biopsies performed and explained subsequent procedures.

I worked for Dr Nguyen many years ago. About 20 in fact. Geez time flies. He had a huge impact on my life and I still use many lessons he taught me when I was a young adult. Knowing him behind the scenes I can assure you that no one is more knowledgeable of their craft and he gives every person he sees as much care and compassion as the next. First, I appreciated the fact that I was able to get an appointment much faster than other places. I took my daughter to see Dr. Adam Nguyen and he and his nurse were so kind. He was very knowledgeable, gave us options and they both were so patient and caring when my daughter was nervous. The front desk staff is also pleasant. We did not wait long to be seen, and were in and out in less than an hour. You don’t have to wait weeks or months to see a great specialist! Thank you!!

I have gone to dermitologist Dr Anh Nguyen,for perhaps 20 years, and I have always gotten prompt and professional care. The other day I recognized that a mole on my face was changing and I called to get an appointment, hoping not to have to wait for weeks to be seen. I was scheduled to see Dr Adam Nguyen (son) that same day, and the doctor confirmed my suspicion that this was a significant lesion and needed to be addressed quickly. You can’t get much better than that!
