We are a full service dermatology medical office, that specializes in diseases of the skin, hair and nails. We treat acne, psoriasis, eczema, rashes, skin pigmentation problems, skin cancers and precancerous lesions. We perform regular skin examinations to screen for abnormal moles or precancerous growths. We help patients with cosmetic concerns, including addressing issues with their aging skin; treating scars caused by surgery or helping to diminish acne scars to restore a healthier appearance. We offer Mohs micrographic surgery. This is considered the most effective technique for treating the most common types of skin cancers. This review is regarding the excessive wait time. I waited nearly 1 hr to be seen for less than 2 minutes. The fact that providers have to see too many patients is not lost (I’m in medicine as well) but this is too long a wait. I will not continue care here nor would I recommend this place to anyone.

The office management in this facility is terrible. I went here only to see a highly recommended dr in their practice. On my 1st visit they pawned me off to the PA without notice. After asking why I didn’t see the dr I had scheduled with, she said, “oh, who did you want? I’ll make sure you see her on your next visit.” Today was that next visit and they pawned me off again. I still do not even know what the dr I’ve repeatedly asked to see looks like. Highly unprofessional!

This place is amazing!!! It was my first time ever going to get skin tags removed and I was so nervous but the doctor made me feel so comfortable… she was not only nice but she removed every skin tag I had at no extra cost. If you really want someone good go to Pr. Niani. This place deserves better ratings for sure.

Took my mom to her Appointment today. We got there 15 minutes early. I stepped inside and it was packed. No social distancing happening. I wouldn’t let my mom go in. Went in and registered her and gave them my phone number. One hour later they called us in. When we got to a room they took my mom temperature but not mine.

Worst place to have an appointment at. Expect waiting hours to be helped. The staff was indifferent of our 1+ hour of waiting. We kept seeing other people coming and going, being helped and we were left waiting all afternoon.

They are the best in dermatology in town. When I get my annual checkup. They look over my whole body, including on my scalp to see if there is anything or any mole that looks like it might turn into cancer. If it is, they remove it. I only have to pay my $20 co-pay for visits. Thank you to all the staff, you are awesome.
