I called early one morning and spoke with Buddy. After a brief explination of my issue he told me he would be out that day. Buddy was knowledgable and professional. He replaced my heater for a fair price and when we discovered one of my pumps had seized he repaired that at no extra charge. I will definately use him again if a need arises.

I paid $750 deposit in 8/28/2022 it’s now 12/3/22 and nothing! Just a total run around like the other reviews left below. Buddy/Yarnell has don’t nothing but give me the run around and excuses of funerals sicknesses covid and anything to delay returning my money. I have been extremely patient and have all the texts showing so and it’s unfortunate that I must now go to next steps in retrieving my money that he took without ANY SERVICE being done! I advise not to utilize this company it is a hit or miss.

I originally contacted Buddy on 11/3/2021. After many requests for him to come out, he finally came to my house at on 11/30/2021. Buddy dismantled the spa and stated he knew exactly what was wrong. He then wrote up a repair quote for $650.00. I agreed to pay him half the payment upfront with the balance to be paid once the spa is completed. Buddy finally made it back out on 1/4/2022 to do the repairs. After he completed his repairs, I noticed the next day the spa was still leaking as bad as it was before the repairs. Furthermore he never put the spa back together. My spa has been dismantled since November 2021. I have been trying to get him to come back out since 1/5/2022 and he refuses to respond to my text messages. I now have to pay another company to come and fix my hot tub correctly. I would not recommend using this guy for anything to do with your hot tub.

The owner responded to my voicemail within a day. Arrived as scheduled. Fixed problem, had a couple of pipe leaks, very competent and knowledgeable. Refused to leave till hot tub was up and running. Stayed late to teach me about chemicals. VERY HAPPY AND WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS HOT TUB REPAIR
