Had the absolute best experience here! Haven’t been to get lash extensions in awhile and got a new set, Alisa was so sweet and made me feel very comfortable! She was very efficient but still thorough and I was so happy with the end result! Will definitely be back!!

Well, the lash tech Jen was rude and rough. And then I got a bacterial eye infection. They were “gracious enough” to remove them for free, but no refund and the very difficult manager quoted their policy to me when I had the nerve to ask. Emergency room visit and medications + lashes cost me $500+ and messed with my travel plans. I’d go ANYWHERE but to this place. This should be a pampering experience not stressful and creating fear of losing eyesight!
