Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityMy review is for the Frisco location –PunctualityI booked with Aasha for an 11:00am haircut.On the Booksy app she pushes my appointment back to 11:15. (I’m at the location by 11:05 waiting) she doesn’t get there until 11:38, and she has me cancel the appointment on the app for some reason.-The haircutMy fade was “decent” (lower than I wanted)As the shop starts to get busy she keeps looking over at the waiting area. Critical: ValueThis has to be the worst spot to get a cut. Jay is who I signed up for through Booksy but couldn’t put a review on there cause he cancelled the appt even though he was cutting my hair. He doesn’t know how to use scissors at all and his fade game weak. It doesn’t look like I even got a haircut. Don’t understand how this spot had high ratings. This has to be the worst spot to get a cut. Jay is who I signed up for through Booksy but couldn’t put a review on there cause he cancelled the appt even though he was cutting my hair. He doesn’t know how to use scissors at all and his fade game weak. It doesn’t look like I even got a haircut. Don’t understand how this spot had high ratings. Not recommended.

Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueAt the end of May I scheduled a appointment to get a unit installed by Adrin the owner. I drove all the way from Austin Texas and he was 2 and a half hours late & did not have the materials needed to start so he had to stop at Walmart to get it . I asked could I get a discount which should have been half off because time is currency for anyone. Instead he gave me a small percentage off out of greed . Once it was time to install the unit he told me that the units are different which means they look fake, poor quality and do not match african American hair. He installed the unit it wasn’t all the way glued down and he still charged me the almost the full amount. I didn’t snap on him only because I believe heavily in karma . When he first came from Minnesota I was all for a brotha opening up his business but now because he has two or 3 shops the quality has dropped and people tend to carry a arrogance because they have a social media following . I also feel If you going to use someone else’s head for your social media benefit give them a discount also . People these days have become all about themselves and not about the people that actually fuel your business . At the end of May I scheduled a appointment to get a unit installed by Adrin the owner. I drove all the way from Austin Texas and he was 2 and a half hours late & did not have the materials needed to start so he had to stop at Walmart to get it .
