Pat did such a great job on our sons first haircut! My husband comes here to get his haircut and beard trimmed. Every time he comes back it looks amazing. Today we took our son to get his first haircut and Pat blew it out of the park! He was so patient with our son. He took his time, listened to what we wanted, and the result was beautiful! This place has such a fun vibe. They do amazing work and are consistent! We will be back not only for my husband but for our son as well! Ask for Pat!

Very disrespectful, Racist , hateful , dangerous behavior by the whole shop there. Most importantly I am not able to share the full incident on this small post. But I never felt that disrespected in any barber shop like that. After 4 hours of wait in the walk in , there was no humanity in that shop. They give fake smile to customers who give them good tips , in that shop all that matters is money. The guy Jay he was full of hate and racism. At one point I had feeing they can easily hit me with some sharp tool. Please go to this shop at your own risk.I am not sure my post will be deleted or removed. I heard these people have control on reviews and they just keep there favorite posts. I wanted to make small video to tell everyone what was the exact incident.Secondly it’s not only hate and racist behavior. I felt unsafe in that shop that’s bit concerning.

If I could give them a ZERO, I would! We went in as a walk-in for my 3 year old son and waited almost 45 minutes to an hour. At least 4 barbers that were free did not even try to get us seated. Don’t waste your time there, they clearly do no want the business!! They are rude and have no good structure. I wish there were better places for young black men to get haircuts in Frisco. Smh

I’m very disappointed with the service at this place. I come here on Sunday’s to get my 13 year old a line up only and the price changes every time I come. If I’d never the price on the board for some reason and when questioned they rudely say that “my price is my price” if that’s the case then why is there even a price board in the first place. So you go in expecting to pay one price listed and after the haircut it’s 20 bucks more. This is very misleading. I am not sure why a line up for a 13 year old is $40 if the sign says 25. They have to do better. It’s not like the haircuts are great it’s only the closet place to my house is all. I kid you not, the price has changed every-time he goes but enough is enough. Ask the price before you sit because it is not what is listed. They pick and choose the price day to day. One time we was told it’s more because they’re busy, the next it was more because that’s just what they’re charging today, and then one time they were like hmmmm trying to think of a price and asking a bunch of questions to determine like geez how much is the cut! They should know this! You’ve been warned!!!!

Cj is absolutely amazing. Great at his craft, but also just a really good guy. He was able to fit my son in on pretty short notice and did a phenomenal job cutting his hair. My son is usually very rambunctious 3 year old so I was a little concerned how he’d behave in this setting, but Cj honestly worked with him so well I’d have to say it was a far better experience than I’ve even had at places meant just for children. My son and I will never go anywhere else. Thanks again.

Never thought I would be getting my haircut at the mall but here we are. I found those place by accident and couldn’t be happier. The place is always clean and the barbers are always talking to each other and to the customers. It’s good to get in there and find a barber you like and make an appointment.
