Absolutely terrible!!! First the women doesn’t answer the phone to setup an appointment, doesn’t call back, only texts. Eventually, we were able to schedule an appointment through text (in writing). I then should up for my appointment and guess what? She told me I was there on the wrong day, she thought it was scheduled for another date. When I showed her the texts (turns out it is helpful she only texts), she said, “I’m sorry” without fixing the issue, completely unprofessional. She couldn’t even get me another date and time that could work. Simply ridiculous!

Difficult to find, in a plaza with private parking lot (not the beauty clinic door). Apparently have monday-wed $30 massage deals. Brazilian wax is quick. Hot wax, baby powder and ointment after.
