Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI used two different stylists from this salon. I switched between the two due to having one do extensions. I went in for my consultation for extensions and the stylist prepped me for the extension work. When I went in for the actual extension appointment, I was impressed with what I left with. However, after my first home wash, I noticed I could see each and every weft. I sent the pictures to another extension-certified stylist that I was familiar with. She was unsure of why the extensions looked so poorly done so I decided to schedule an appointment with her. She moved them up for me and they looked wonderful! I had her remove them shortly after. My hair had lost INCHES! I was so upset. When I contacted Adrienne-Brooke Salon about what had happened, the owner couldn’t even be bothered to respond. When I asked the original stylist what had happened, she wouldn’t assume any responsibility and stated that apparently “my hair just wasn’t ready for extensions”. That was the ENTIRE point of the consultation, to determine if my hair was able to handle extensions. Either way, I was mostly frustrated due to the inability for anyone to acknowledge the mis-hap and continually point the finger at me. It was mostly frustrating that the owner held no accountability. She viewed my message but never responded. I received messages from other clients that went to AB for extensions and had a very similar experience.Services: Hair extensions, Balayage, Hair highlighting, Haircut, Hairstyling, Hair coloringI used two different stylists from this salon.
