Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis place definitely deserve a ZERO, worst place ever avoid at all cost. My first time there and worst experience ever long story short all I wanted was my hair straightened and I wasn’t very pleased first she rushed since she seen she had other customers waiting I mean professional wise you should have appointments set up if that was the case. So when she finished I wasn’t happy so all I asked her was to just fix it a little and she caught an attitude and Spoke to the owner I believe in Spanish and the OWNER herself said people like her doesn’t just want to pay? I was in total shock felt very humiliated in front of other customers!!!! SOO little she knew I’m fluent in Spanish so I told her you know I just understood what you said and she didn’t even cared. She just wanted me to pay and leave never ever. very unprofessional and you should never criticize a customer like that and humiliate them.
