Overall, the staff takes great pride in their spa. They are very accommodating. The venue,however, needs a facelift; old sofas, rugs and furnishings. I don’t particularly think that having the TV on in the waiting room is a welcoming idea for guests to start to feel relaxed. The prices are a bit high, and they don’t have a special rate for 90 minute treatments. They shouldn’t rest on their laurels considering that new spas are opening up around Westchester. At the end of the day though, it’s about the person giving you the treatments and Nidia was fantastic.

Treat yourself! I just left a relaxing wonderful facial with Adriana. My skin looks and feels 10 years younger! She is professional and personable. She personalizes your treatment for your individual needs and concerns. I left with a smile on my face.

I felt it better to write to you about my experience at your spa. The atmosphere was lovely as the dressing room before the facial. Gabriella was informative about her background however this should have been done before my appointment and I felt it cut into my session. Before my session began Gabriella was already trying to sell me on an additional $45 mask, in my experience I felt the facial was very harsh and not very relaxing at all. I’ve had much experience in the extraction part of a facial, however I felt it to be too aggressive and today my face reflects just that.

I’m not sure why this spa doesn’t have a 5 star rating! I’ve only been going here since the beginning of the year and every time I’m amazed with Adrianna’s knowledge of skin care. She leaves nothing left behind when your facial is done! I have the skin type that tends to get clogged with blackheads and seems dull if left unmanaged. My skin glows for weeks after feeling so refresh! I highly recommend seeing Adrianna! She is the absolute best!
