Not only did she completely turn that around, she did an AMAZING JOB on my hair!! We went with a vibrant red (came out perfect and completely even!!), a layer cut (she framed it all perfectly and completely even and beautiful!!), and a curl (she did cascading curls that framed my face and still looking great the next day!!) I couldn’t be happier with my experience and the results. I’m so glad I came here and will never be going anywhere else!! Christina is THE BEST!! I was having a rough day before I came in and saw Christina. Not only did she completely turn that around, she did an AMAZING JOB on my hair!! We went with a vibrant red (came out perfect and completely even!!), a layer cut (she framed it all perfectly and completely even and beautiful!!), and a curl (she did cascading curls that framed my face and still looking great the next day!!) She cut mine and my sons hair until we moved in 2015. I found another stylists and used her until she refused to cut my hair short (it was to my butt and she wouldn’t cut it shorter than shoulder length). Since I used Jinny before, I reached out to her, she told me she was a Deva Cut Specialist, to come in and she would have me loving my curly hair when I left! I started using her again in 2017 and have NOT had one regret!!! (She’s went through some crazy hairstyles w me in the last year and half!! Thanks Jinny!!!! I first met Jinny in 2013 when she was workin at an individuals salon. I got lucky that day and got her! She cut mine and my sons hair until we moved in 2015. I found another stylists and used her until she refused to cut my hair short (it was to my butt and she wouldn’t cut it shorter than shoulder length). Critical: ProfessionalismI came in to see Jinny for color-I showed a few pictures and we chatted about what I was looking for. I asked for wide, thick pieces of balayaged color, a shadow root, and only light color around my face. I got very skinny highlights and lowlights, very dark lowlights around my face, no shadow root, and splotchy, uneven patches of color. I also came home with toner in my hairline. I didn’t say anything at the salon because I was advised by a stylist friend to live with the results a few days to give them a chance. When I contacted Jinny to ask for a refund for color, not cut, she refused, asking instead that I come back in. I explained I did not feel comfortable with that, and let her know I decided to travel to see a stylist I used to see who recently moved. She still refused. Please know this is not a case of me needing a few adjustments, the results are WAY off the consult, and I shared plenty of pictures with Jinny to prove it. I asked for wide, thick pieces of balayaged color, a shadow root, and only light color around my face.
