No one who worked there was masked. They are really close to people’s faces and they aren’t wearing masks during a pandemic? I went in for an eyebrow wax and not only was my natural eyebrow shape criticized but used as reasoning for why she couldn’t get my brows into the right shape (despite me waxing my eyebrows for years and never having a problem). She seemed like she wanted me rushed out the door. For the price I paid, it was no worth it. I’m disappointed.
