I’ve been going to Marcy for almost 2 years now. She makes my hair look great. Marcy is very knowledgeable with fashion colors. She never gets annoyed with me for completely changing my hair every 6 weeks. I give her a challenge and she knocks it out the park. Love love love.

I was very excited when I came across this hair salon because it looked cute from the outside and the 13 reviews here were great. I decided to call to make an appointment and after multiple unanswered phone calls I decided to make an appointment in person. My experience in person was not great, I was not greeted and stylist didn’t seem to care I was there. Even though I expressed it was my first time there, she never took the time to introduce herself. I asked if I could make an appointment and she reacted in a negative way that she had no time for me because she was booked. Sure she offered to put me on a waiting list but it seemed she didn’t want to do that. First impressions are everything and it’s unfortunate that she did not care for me as a future customer.
