I booked Holly as my hair stylist for my wedding and I could not recommend her enough! She was really great helping me to figure out exactly what I wanted when I went for my hair trial and we were able to make a few changes for my wedding day and my hair turned out better than I could have imagined. And it stayed perfect THE ENTIRE NIGHT! Her salon is so cute and homie, and she was so easy to talk to. I had an idea of what I wanted but not exactly sure and she was open to trying out some ideas for the details to make it perfect. I am so grateful that I found her and I highly recommend to any bride looking for a hair stylist.

Unfortunately, I did not have the best experience with Holly and Adorn Salon. I booked Holly to do my makeup for my wedding. We set a trial makeup date almost a year in advance. The day of the scheduled trial, Holly texted me that she had something personal come up. It was disappointing because I had gotten a spray tan for the occasion to make sure I liked the makeup on what my skin would look like for my big day. However, I know that things come up that you can’t control. I tried to reschedule for a few days away so that I could still have my spray tan on but she didn’t have any availability.

I had a hard time finding a hair stylist for my wedding, as many were already booked, or were not willing to travel to my venue in the Shenandoah area. Adorn Salon was a great find! They’re located in Roanoke but their stylists were willing to travel to Bridgewater to service me and my wedding party! The prices were reasonable considering they did 11 women, provided 2 stylists, and traveled several hours. They arrived on time and had everything set up to do professional makeup-lights, chairs and tables. All of our hair looked great, and it stayed all day through 100* heat! All I did was show the stylist a picture of what I wanted, and she did it! I’d recommend them for anyone in the southwestern VA area!
