Critical: Punctuality, QualityI had a terrible experience with this salon. I made my appointment 3 weeks in advance and the woman seemed nice through text chat. The morning of my appointment I get there before my appointment at 8am. I am the only car in the parking lot, at 8am I go to the door and its locked. I message her and ten minutes later she messages I am on my way. I should have gone with my gut and just left because she didn’t get there till 8:30am. All I wanted was some highlights and a cut with some layers. The highlights look bad and the cut is not at all what I wanted. It is extremely blunt and I had to ask her for face framing pieces in front but she didn’t cut them at a gradient angle just two pieces sharply cut at a different length then the rest. I told her I wanted the same general cut I had just shorter. I knew it would take a little bit of time for the fresh cut to “grow in” but I hate it. I have never been so upset with a haircut before. I can’t wear my hair down because it just makes me upset. I was going to wait a week to see how it grew in before I made an appointment at a different salon to fix it, but I can’t even wait that long. I know when it grows in a little I still wont like it. Because she was late I was already so annoyed with her when I walked into the building, but I tried being friendly and give her a fresh start. But long before she was done with my hair her next appointment walked in with his daughter (because she was running late). You could tell she was rushing and trying to finish me up. The guys daughter was distracting her. I was so uncomfortable that when she finished I just paid her and got out of there. I had a terrible experience with this salon. I made my appointment 3 weeks in advance and the woman seemed nice through text chat. I completely dropped the ball and forgot to schedule my daughters hair appointment for her Daddy Daughter Dance. I called in a panic feeling like the worst mom in the world. Between Eileen, Jerry, Stacey and Jackie they saved the day! I was so thankful and Stacey did an amazing job on my daughters hair! I’m calling Monday to schedule our next appointments.
