Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went to this nail salon a few weeks ago not my usual at all but I wanted to give it a try when I walked in I was greeted and asked what I wanted I wanted a Pedicure and Full set. I chose my color and asked if they had white powder and was told it would be $40 dollars so I decided not to but he insisted that I do that and he couldn’t do regular paint. While doing my nails he was very rough and cut my finger while filing the sides after the service I was told it would be $60 just for the nails!!! I canceled my Pedi, I was very disappointed in the service that they offer. My first and last time ever going there again. I went to this nail salon a few weeks ago not my usual at all but I wanted to give it a try when I walked in I was greeted and asked what I wanted I wanted a Pedicure and Full set. I chose my color and asked if they had white powder and was told it would be $40 dollars so I decided not to but he insisted that I do that and he couldn’t do regular paint. While doing my nails he was very rough and cut my finger while filing the sides after the service I was told it would be $60 just for the nails!!! Critical: ProfessionalismThis was my norm nail place to come but after this experience I will not be returning. I was gonna treat my mom to get her nails done and I came in and asked for a full set and she was getting a regular manicure. I was sat immediately and she had to sit and wait. The man i got that always has a gold chain on was very rude and aggressive. I said I did not want gel and he kept insisting and raising his voice saying they can’t do regular polish for an acrylic. Then my mom came to sit next to me and talk and he told her to go sit over there. Four other people Came in after her all getting a full set and they got served before her. After waiting even longer she left. My nails were done sloppy but I got my eyebrows done and I really like them and the lady was nice. I will not be returning here again though. They charge me $55 for acrylic and eyebrows when my friend just came the other week and got acrylics and hers was $35. I got a plain blue color and the nails were short so the price was not accurate. This was my norm nail place to come but after this experience I will not be returning. I was gonna treat my mom to get her nails done and I came in and asked for a full set and she was getting a regular manicure. I was sat immediately and she had to sit and wait. He cut my finger twice and didn’t say anything about it. He had an attitude when i told him i wanted coffin shape and a little bit short. They ended up not even being the shape I wanted. He did not speak to me until it was time to pay and he was only worried about his tip. I will definitely not be back. I went to get my nails filled and get new polish. I had one of the guys and he was very rough and was fast when doing them. He cut my finger twice and didn’t say anything about it. He had an attitude when i told him i wanted coffin shape and a little bit short. They ended up not even being the shape I wanted. He did not speak to me until it was time to pay and he was only worried about his tip. I will definitely not be back. Not a friendly environment

The employees are extremely rude! They ignored me several times when I would ask them questions. They Would not talk to me and was very aggressive with me. Very rude people. The man tech did my nails horribly and left my hands disgusting with white powdery stuff on it. Shape my nails horribly!! The worst nail job I have ever gotten in my life. It looks like a 15 year old did my nails. He also over charged me. He charged mw $55 for ombré nails. The normal price is $45-$50 and when I confronted him about it he said no this is the price. They ignored me several times when I would ask them questions. They Would not talk to me and was very aggressive with me. Very rude people. I decided to stay because everywhere else was packed and I had nothing else to do that day anyways. I actually didn’t wait but about 20 minutes before I got in the chair. As soon as I sat in the chair some older white ladies walked in and he greeted them with a smile and asked what they needed. Seated them and proceeded to service them..I should have left then… I sat in the chair about 10 minutes before he even came to run the water for my pedicure, the water was so hot, I told him and I assume he got mad. He was very rough and didn’t spend anytime really doing my Pedi, then he made me get gel. Which I usually get gel on my toes anyways but after I saw how he treated and talked to every other black girl in the shop I no longer wanted to spend money with them. The workers were rude from the minute I walked in. The man at the front told me as soon as I walked in that I would have a long wait. I decided to stay because everywhere else was packed and I had nothing else to do that day anyways. I actually didn’t wait but about 20 minutes before I got in the chair.
