Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI booked the entire place for a bridal party to get our nails done the day before a wedding. There was no extra fee to do this aside from the service prices. They were extremely accommodating, even providing tables and table cloth for us! The salon itself is clean, very sophisticated/designed beautifully and felt glamorous! They have a variety of services and the price is right, and all of the women were professional and kind! I will 100% book this salon again!! I booked the entire place for a bridal party to get our nails done the day before a wedding. There was no extra fee to do this aside from the service prices. They were extremely accommodating, even providing tables and table cloth for us! The salon itself is clean, very sophisticated/designed beautifully and felt glamorous! Critical: Professionalism, QualityI had been to Adore one time before this and liked my experience. However, after this experience I will not be returning.I had gotten a dip powder manicure and instead of the normal SNS top coat, my technician used Gel top coat. It had started peeling on 5 of my nails by the next morning. I thought this must have just been a mistake on the tech’s part, no big deal, mistakes happen. I went in to get this corrected the morning after, and was not pleased with the correction job the same tech had done or the manner in which she did it. I was the only one in the salon that morning for 30 minutes as I was there right when the salon opened. Regardless of this, my tech rushed through the correction job. She had buffed off part of the gel coat and was about to put the normal SNS top coat on when I asked if she could do another layer of color to cover the parts that had not been buffed out – including the seam where you could see the top coat came off. She had told me thats why she asked me yesterday if I wanted another layer of color, even though the shade wasn’t the issue… the incorrect top coat was. I did not appreciate that she had tried to place blame elsewhere.She then proceeded with the job, but did not buff the new color coat, leaving my nails grainy + uneven, even with the correct top coat on it. When I pointed this out, she didn’t fix the problem. Instead put on an additional top coat, put me at the dryer, and disappeared in the back. The additional top coats did not solve the new problem. I did not appreciate being brushed off by my tech for pointing out continual errors when it was her problem to resolve + ultimately a reflection of her service.When I expressed my concerns before leaving + showed the parts I was unsatisfied with to the tech at the front desk, the only response was “Oh, I’m sorry”.
